Debra Robertson has been a top-ranked Global Real Estate Advisor with Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty since 1999. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her outstanding performance, including being honored as a Member of the Presidents Club by Russ Lyon Realty as a Multi-Million Dollar Producer.

Debra’s commitment to growth quickly paid off, as her team was soon ranked among the top 1% in Arizona. Her affiliation with Sotheby’s International Realty has expanded her reach globally, allowing her to assist clients, friends, and family both across the United States and internationally.

Real estate has been in Debra's blood from a young age, growing up with a mother who was a leading agent. After earning a degree in marketing, Debra teamed up with her mother and began to buy, renovate, and sell homes—an experience that taught her the intricacies of real estate investment and the importance of understanding her clients’ individual needs and goals.

What Debra loves most about real estate is the art of negotiation and understanding value. Before becoming a licensed agent, she honed her negotiation skills in the hotel industry, where she successfully negotiated multi-million dollar contracts and served on the Board of a development group focused on redeveloping land around an International Airport. These experiences helped her build a sharp business sense and strong negotiation skills that she continues to apply in her real estate today.

Beyond her professional life, Debra is deeply committed to giving back to her community. She has served on several boards and led fundraising efforts for numerous local and national charities, including Phoenix Children’s Hospital, the Children’s Cancer Association, Little League, and St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

Debra holds real estate licenses in three states and is also affiliated with Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty, allowing her to serve clients in both desert and mountain communities. In her personal time, Debra enjoys spending time with her children, family, and friends. Her hobbies include hiking, yoga, snow skiing, scuba diving, fly fishing, golf, volunteer work, and traveling.
